Terms of Service

These terms govern the browser extensions listed on this site and their Pro plans (the "Service"), provided by Sözleşme Cepte ("we", "us"). By installing an extension or buying a plan you agree to them.

1. Payments and our reseller

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders paid in US dollars. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns for those orders, under the Paddle Buyer Terms. Orders paid in Turkish lira are processed by Shopier.

2. Plans

  • Each extension has a free plan with limits shown in the extension.
  • Pro plans are one-time passes for 30 days, one year or a lifetime. They do not renew automatically; buying again extends your current key.
  • A license key can be used on the number of browsers shown at purchase (normally 3). You can move it by deactivating it in the extension.
  • Lifetime means for as long as we offer the extension.
  • Prices are shown on the Pricing page; taxes are added at checkout where they apply.

3. Acceptable use

  • Use the extensions only on websites and data you are allowed to access, and in line with those websites' terms.
  • Do not resell or share license keys, reverse engineer the extensions or get around their limits.
  • Do not use the Service for anything unlawful. We may revoke keys used against these terms.

4. Availability

Websites the extensions work on change without notice, which can stop a feature until we update it. We work to keep everything working but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.

5. Liability

The Service is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law we are not liable for indirect losses, and our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing here limits rights you have under mandatory consumer law.

7. Governing law

The laws of the Republic of Türkiye, without prejudice to the mandatory consumer protection rules of the country where you live.
